What Is Counselling?

Counselling can be a safe place where you can come and discuss any difficult problems and feelings you might be struggling with, without any fear of being judged or criticised and may be unable to do with family members or friends.


Counselling can also be an opportunity to look at where you are at present within your life and a possibility to think about making different choices for yourself in the future by feeling supported.

I believe that we are unable to try to overhaul our lives on our own and through counselling we can instead, try to focus on making one small change at a time. So that over time, those small changes will add up to a bigger transformation within our lives.

I am mindful that how we deal with our vulnerabilities, enables us to define our strengths and our weaknesses. Even though we are unable to change the past, by exploring our thoughts and feelings through therapy. We can begin to discover what has been holding us back and learn new ways to move forward.
